Kimchi Princess

If you are looking for a place that combines excellent Korean food and fashionable design in the motley Kreuzberg area, well then Kimchi Princess is the right place for you.

The restaurant, located in Skalitzer Straße 36, is a bit hidden but you will easily recognize it from the stylish red neon sign with black and white Korean characters. The young owners have recently opened the Soju Bar and the first Korean rotisserie in Berlin: Angry Chicken, whose sign was designed by the artist Paul Snowden. Frequented by young and international costumers, it is perfect for dinner with friends but also delightful intimate dinners.

Fabulous is the most famous Korean BBQ: you get a grill directly on your table where the marinated meat is cooked. Have it with a nicely cooled Korean OB beer.

If you are not in the mood for BBQ, or you just want a taste of the other dishes, then go for the absolutely delicious Gun Mandu homemade fried dumplings with pork or vegetarian, a tasty Japche too, glass noodles with thinly sliced pork or fried vegetables. You also get some delicious free samples in-between your dishes, like Kimchi spicy cabbage.

If you decide you wanna go for a drink afterwards, then there are many bars to choose from in Oranienstraße: variety is the spice of life!
